Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping time.


Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but our estimated standard delivery time is 9 business days after the order has been processed.

Important: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to customs clearance.


Shipping Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, customs clearance, or global shipping disruptions

  • Carrier delays outside of our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hydrocasee@gmail.com.
We may ask for:

  • Photos of the package and product

  • Proof of delivery status

  • Additional information to process a replacement or refund (subject to investigation)
